Growing up in the warmth of Arizona, Marissa May moved to North Carolina after receiving a scholarship to play softball at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Upon graduating from the Journalism School with a focus in broadcast and sports communications, Marissa moved to Florida to begin her work in sports broadcast. Shortly after, one of life’s many turns brought her into the public relations world where she changed her focus to both entertainment and sports.
Most recognize Marissa from her stint in 2011′s season 15 of ABC’s The Bachelor (Brad Womack) in which she made it to the top 10 before being sent home while in Las Vegas.
Currently, Marissa May is a late 20-something living and catching sun in Central Florida with her Boston Terrier pup, Louis (named after Louisville Slugger). Her spare time is filled with friends, attending every sporting event imaginable, completing her bucket list, reading and eating food entirely bad for her. She has returned to work in entertainment and sports public relations with a focus in social media.
